SunSynk Screen Colour

Featured Replies

I woke up this morning to a like blue/purple screen on my few days old SunSynk 5kw inverter. Why has the colour changed? If you can change it where would I do this. I think they upgraded the firmware last night or early this morning. 17093581813504690032601486131683.thumb.jpg.95940bc3daf82d949c9a88916cd00cd3.jpg

Do you think it is a firmware issue as it happened after an update?

100% sure it's a firmware issue. I don't flash firmware unnecessarily because it this very reason. The Deye & Sunsynk firmware support are running both brands set of support. So what happens sometimes is they can flash Deye firmware meant for a Sunsynk or vica versa. In this case looks like something totally different however, it's still the update that caused it. Prior to update no issue.

It's Strange. On Sunday morning I saw the screen was back to "normal". It was fine the whole day. Then On Monday I was having an issue with the battery, the inverter went into a fault and we had to reboot. Once it started up again it was back to the blue screen again. waited till the next morning (today) and the screen is back to normal.
