Hi, often I get error 04 stating both charge and discharge is not allowed. I have a cfe5100s battery ans setting 3 is 2 pylon, my max charge current is 50 amps the charging current is 100 amps. My cut off is 15% warning 20%, the charging soc is 50% and eod is on 60%. Why do I get the message and give me an open battery. Desperate please help.

This is an error from the BMS and the inverter sees the battery as not present or disconnected. 

Restart the battery as a 1st call. 

Then confirm that the Li mode is shown to indicate comms is working as it should. 

Users of the SNA should be able to help.
