January 30, 20197 yr Similar experience with my unit, still brand new so I'm sending it for a checkup Few wise men suggested that my symptoms are similar to malfunctioning SCC/MPPT Check details in this thread Edited January 30, 20197 yr by Padwan

If this is equivalent to the model you have: http://voltronicpower.com/en-US/Product/Detail/Axpert-VM-II-3KVA-5KVA then you need at least 120 VDC to start the MPPT. It might need even higher voltage to get it started. Your video showed less than 60 V, presumably across the PV inputs.

January 31, 20197 yr Dang those inverter part numbers. Unfortunately, the service manuals don't seem to be any help with troubleshooting the SCCs. I think all you can do is to check the MOSFETs and their drivers. Hopefully there will be enough drivers with similar components that you can compare one to the other. It will probably an interleaved configuration, like this: That's about all I can find in the service manuals, sorry.
