March 25, 20242 yr Good Morning, We installed 2x Dey Inverters with 4x Dyness batteries, The problem is. The batteries seem to discharge unequally. One battery has been taken to the supplier, we still waiting for feedback, Now it seems the other 3 batteries has the same problem. Would it be possible to get a Dyness technician on site?

Don't know about the technician on site as the industry is relying on expert installers to know how to install batteries.
June 4, 20242 yr Hi , I have six Dyness a48100 batteries, and it really depends on how they are connected to the inverter, including equal length of cables. I had similar issues and was in touch with Dyness support via Whatsapp and they recommended splitting them into groups of 2 pairs and connecting the cables diagonally from the inverter e.g. the negative cable to the 1st battery and the positive cable to the 2nd battery of each pair. Then ideally each pair should be connected to a bus bar and then to the inverter (there is a diagram for this in the battery's manual). I don't have (space for) bus bar so I managed to connect each of the three pairs batteries cables directly inside the inverter. I still have some minor differences with the state of charge as my cables are with different lengths but unable to have them equal due to the locations of the batteries. (I am still to complete the grounding of the batteries though, not yet connected). Another important thing is to have the inverter set with the proper BMS reference - if your inverter does not support Dyness then you can use Pylontech as a proxy, and also will be good if all batteries have the same firmware version Hope this somewhat helps

This the correct way to connect battery in parallel and have never had issues with this method
