Good Morning!

I have 4 of these batteries (400A 19.2Kw) and my Dye 5KV inverter battery settings are this:

  • Max discharge current: 100A
  • MAx charge current: 80A
  • Battery float charge voltage: 54.4 V
  • Battery absorption charge voltage: 55 V
  • Battery equalization charge voltage: 57.6 V

I am using Solar Assistant for management and monitoring...

Best Regards

Jean

Nice conservative settings, those batteries should behave and last a long time :)

Coming late, but these batteries have 15 cells, their operating range is maximum 52.65V. Your proposed setting is valid for a battery with 16 cells.

[Side note]: trying to find firmware update for these batteries, having three different versions 1.05, 1.07 and 1.09, they don't like paired BMS controlled master/slave configuration and they don't have a physical DIP switches for setting up ID. Perhaps it is related to the firmware difference. Anyone?
