June 10, 20242 yr Morning all, I have noticed my solarman app time is 1 hour "ahead" then the actual time on the invertor. I tried looking for the time settings on the app, nothing, I think it gets the time from the logger/invertor. Deye 8kw Solarman business app. Edited June 10, 20242 yr by Singh GP
June 10, 20242 yr Most likely your Deye account is set to the time in Cairo, while your installer may have manually over-ridden it on the inverter and set the local time. Egypt uses daylight savings time that changes by 1 hr with the season, whereas GMT+2 Harare/Johannesburg is fixed. Maybe try to log in via the SolarMan web portal. I can't change mine, though, I only have a user account.
June 10, 20242 yr Author Looks like it's set to Cairo, I can't change it. Do I contact my installer? I never do this, well I don't think so for the last 3 years
