July 9, 20242 yr Hi everyone, myself Aziz from Lusaka zambia, I am currently using Tigger head 5.5 kva hybrid inverter, which one connect to single phase to my utility box with only live wire output, if I try to connect neutral wire also its make sort circuit in inverter in trips,I have bought today luxpower 5 kw SNA 5000 wpv SA version inverter, my question is that should I use only live wire to connect my utility box or all three wires to connect as sown in wiring diagram Thanks in advance

Perhaps even the Tiger would work correct if wired correct. Remember the utility neutral you don't want to connect to inverter neutral. Rather use a transfer switch and we also do a neutral to earth bond via a relay. May be get a sparky to assist when you install the Luxpower. But try to find one with experience on the Luxpower.
