This is not a forum I usually read. 8.2 kW is not a standard Voltronic power rating, so it's not looking good. But an 8 kW firmware might work.

What is your existing main (U1) firmware version?

It would also help if you can post a photo of the sticker with barcode and ratings on the side of the inverter (if any).
