Aziz11 Posted August 20 Share Posted August 20 Hi everyone, my Luxpower SNA5000 inverter is working normally, but the Wi-Fi dongle keeps saying in the monitoring APK that this dongle number is existing. (It came with the inverter box and is brand new.) I did a factory reset by following some posts, and the local connection is done, but it failed to go online. Please help me again. Cannot assist with the Luxpower but normally this msg indicates the dongle has been registered. Bounce it to the seller and find out if they registered it on their account.
