With Lithium, there are different kinds. LiPo, first life, second life, etc. Weft are all these types, what do they mean, abs west are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

First Life: New battery cells
Second Life: Second hand cells, so less charge-discharge cycles left

Two main Lithium chemistries that you will see in solar systems:

NMC: More expensive as it contains rare-earth materials, the voltage is more linear over SOC, so easier to figure out charge level.
LFP: Cheaper, lower power density, safer, longer lifespan.

LiPo: Lithium polymer. Used in laptops, RC planes, etc. These don't handle overcharging well at all.
