November 27, 20241 yr My inverter specs says: Max solar charge 80A Max ac charge 60A Max charge 80A The DC from solar is max 80A, the max of the grid is 60A ac and then what is the max 80A? Can someone please explain as I'm not 100% sure. Thank you. Edited November 27, 20241 yr by Herbie.

Your inverter can charge the batter(y/ies) at a rate of 80A, which can be either 100% from Solar, or, I would hope with some from Solar + some AC, for again, a total of 80A charge current to the batter(y/ies)... or if no Solar, then the AC will only be able to charge with 60A max... Edited November 27, 20241 yr by Kalahari Meerkat swapped solar with AC on the current side...
