March 10, 20251 yr Good day everyone. I'm just curious, I have a Luxpower inverter and a single 5.12kW Lumo wall mount battery. Is it possible to set the inverter to use grid to charge the battery and then the panels to power the load at the same time? Like can it convert AC from grid to DC for the batteries and then also DC from the panels to AC for the load at the same time?

March 11, 20251 yr I have never seen this inverter charging from AC only when there is solar available . But don't understand why you would want to charge from grid if you have solar available as it uses more kw to charge from grid than what you save
March 11, 20251 yr The Sunsynk inverters have one DC bus. You can't import from AC to charge the DC battery while exporting solar to the AC load simultaneously on this bus.
