  1. Good day everyone. I'm just curious, I have a Luxpower inverter and a single 5.12kW Lumo wall mount battery. Is it possible to set the inverter to use grid to charge the battery and then the panels to power the load at the same time? Like can it convert AC from grid to DC for the batteries and then also DC from the panels to AC for the load at the same time?

  5. I'm planning a long-term investment, so durability is key. Could you tell me what the typical lifespan of a Lumo battery is when integrated with each of these inverters? Also, what kind of warranty does Lumo offer if paired with Deye, Polytech, or FoxESS inverters? I want to be sure I'm covered in case something goes wrong down the line.

  8. Hello, I hope some one will be able to assist. I have been looking at buying a UPS for myself about 1kW-3kW wouldbe ideal. I have checked out a couple brands and I am just not sure what to pick. I can say Bluetti prices are hectic, Ecoflow seems quite a good choice but I have been hearing alot about how the service for it isnt great. I also found one called Lumo Powerall series, the specifications seem really good but I cant find any reviews on them. I saw Jackery aswell but I wasnt completely sold on them. Lastly I saw Genki, also minimal information on the quality of those. I would prefer the UPS to not use the XT solar connectors, MC4 would be best. Any assistance would be much appreciated!
  9. Good afternoon. I just bought this Lumo 2.5kW UPS that I was recommended. I wanted to connect it to my DB board but I am wondering if I need to earth the metal case of the UPS when I connect it? Please could some one explain if i need to or not. Thank you!

I recently bought 3x Lumo 5.12kwH batteries, but I am having trouble deciding on what inverter I should purchase, I have seen the usual Sunsynk, Deye, Luxpower and SRNE seems quite good. Any opinions on what would be a great all round inverter, im not sure if I should get a hybrid or grid-tied? This is to power my house. (i.e fridge, tv, maybe the geyser and a few lights)
  13. I'm looking to install these at a commercial site, an office building, we run a butchery and want to use the system for our fridges and appliances in the back. Inverter wise, I was looking at Huawei, Deye and Sunsynk. Maybe Fox aswell
  14. Thank you for responding, by HV, I mean high-voltage batteries.. no I haven't but I will check it out
  15. I want to get a system with a big amount of storage in HV batteries, I found the following brands that seem quite decent, which would you recommend? Deye, Fox, Pylontech, Dyness, Lumo and Hina

  19. Yes, Luxpower 12kW series also facilitates the Generator auto-start function. To enable this feature, ensure your generator supports auto-start functionality and connect a 2-wire cable directly to the dry contact port
  20. The FOX is known to be rapid, robust and reliable, it comes with all it's components. It is a pre-commissioned system saving you your valuable time, everything fits perfectly and guarantees no mistakes and once installed there is no need to return to site.
  21. Thank you for your feedback🙂
  22. Can I use the installer account to block an end user from changing the settings?
