March 12, 20251 yr Does anyone know what happened to the LuxPower App on Google PlayStore. It seems to have disappeared. A client lost his phone and is trying to re-install the App, but its gone!

March 13, 20251 yr It's not just were has the app gone but why are the dongle now not wanting to bind with the router. You do the process the lights go all green then back to 2 flashing lights and no chance on trying to connect with the dongle after that
March 13, 20251 yr I can't find it either and the QR code doesn't work either. It tells me I have no internet connection when I can access all other sites and apps. It looks to still be available for Apple devices though.
March 15, 20251 yr QR code downloaded. Does not want to update the app that was previously downloaded from Google Play Store. Message displayed is that it clashes with app previously installed. Awaiting Luxpower Tek to sort out problem as stated by them on Forum.
