March 17, 20251 yr A new customer of mine has 6 x Luxpower SNA5000 WPV inverters wired in 3 phase, 2 inverters per phase. These 6 inverters are running his Takeaway shop. Since the inverters were installed two years ago, he has had one problem after the next. First the extractor fan's motor blew, then the cold room's motor blew, both of them 3 phase. Various smaller electrical items have packed up over the last two years since the inverters were installed and now two of the inverters have totally stopped working, requiring firmware updates (we assume). The original installer has disappeared. I took a look at his system and don't see any wiring issues, everything is very neat and to code. Are these inverters cheap crap or are they good? I honestly don't know this brand at all.Any reviews will be welcome.
March 17, 20251 yr Fitted a 8kW Luxpower inverter with a Chinese 10kWH battery in an apartment building in 2022. It operates the access control, CCTV and general lighting circuit.No problems since then. The menu system is unnecessarily complicated
