I am repairing an Axpert Max 1 8Kw hybrid inverter

I am searching a diode on the inverter bus part.

Mine is SFH30HP60S - 16A22H060 but i could'nt find it, the part numer correspond to nothing 😕

Someone can send here a picture of the inverter mosfets of this model of inverter ?

Searching google for the above gets you to https://www.panjit.com.tw/upload/datasheet/PSDH3060S1.pdf which I think is probably same spec, there are other links to .jp site, where you might be able to order the SFH... device, but I don't speak or understand Japanese, nor do I read Kanji...

Thanks for the search. Unfortunately, orders on chinese or japan website are not possible for me. Only order on aliexpress. Maybe another diode in 3060 specs could work, but i don't know the name. Cross reference search do nothing on my side. So i always try to look on the same other board for correct equivalent.

Look at https://www.mercadolivre.com.br/diodo-semicondutor-sfa30up60dn/up/MLBU1415926225 again, don't do Portuguese, but you may be able to find out from that outfit who "Marca" SS is and follow up on it...

Hi thanks for your help. Inneed that this not the same component, mine is 2PN (2 Pins) and ref SFH30HP60S so it couldn't fit.

Ok, do you know the manufacturer of your component? I suspect no.
I suspect your English is not so great, so let me spell it out a bit more, I have no idea who the manufacturer of your item is either, nor can I find a trace of it based on the part number or the logo used, but it is the same manufacturer that the Brazilian companies' component has, you could possibly find out from them, who the actual manufacturer is and be able to hopefully get the specs and equivalent component details that way around.

From the Axpert Max 7200 and Axpert Max 2 service manual, the diode (Q58) is an 30DQ60BG. I wil try this component instead and pry that should work 🙏😐
