Hi all. I have an inverter 11kw Anenji HHS with a problem on battery side. Is new, never installed, when i try to install the battery, the bms show alarm, short circuit. I cant precharge the battery capacitors, and i measured the battery bolts on inverter and is short circuit. Otherwise the inverter works well on Grid and PV, no alarm, only cant see the battery.

Pls help me with a electric diagram to find the problem. Thanks

Can't you send it back as unfit for purpose? Unfortunately, the problem is likely to be shorted MOSFETs and blown gate driver parts, which is a pretty significant repair effort and cost.

It looks like these might be Axpert MAX 11 kW clones, though with custom firmware to drive custom displays. If so, this page might allow you to get started on the repair, or at least find out if it is basically the Axpert circuit:

Look in the schematic section for BritishRacingGreen's Axpert schematics.

I think I need a new word for "clone", where the copy is of most of the intellectual property of the original, but the appearance and outward operation is somewhat different (to try to avoid prosecution, I would guess). So perhaps "workalike", but it doesn't seem to capture the process.

4 pcs of 12 pcs mosfets are shortcircuited. But the inverter is new..dont know why...

The gate drivers are ok...all the other circuits seems to be ok.

I will change all the mosfets and see what s happening.
