Firmware update.

Featured Replies

How are you?

I have connected three axpert Max E 11kw inverters in parallel, but I faced a problem of error 60!

Does it the difference of firmware maybe cause this error?

Two inverters firmware is 00078.10/00038.18

and the third inverter firmware is 00078.11/00038.20

If this difference is the IMG-20250922-WA0086.jpgproblem reason, how to get the update or some one can share it here!?

Warning code 60 has nothing to do with firmware compatibility. From the manual:

"If battery status is not allowed to charge and discharge after the communication

between the inverter and battery is successful, it will show code 60 to stop charging

and discharging battery."

So this is a "no action required" warning. People got so worked up about this that they eventually deleted the code that displays that warning. For the worse, in my mind, but people hated it.

If your firmwares are wildly incompatible, you'll get a fault code (not warning code) in the 70-73 range, I can't recall the exact number offhand. Unfortunately, it's undocumented. 78.10 will almost certainly work with 78.11; contrary to popular opinion, you don't need identical firmware. If you need 78.11 to bring them all up to the same version, it's available here. Or if you need better MPPT performance, search for patched firmware version x78.11 (it also includes the unpatched, factory firmware, and there will be a link to my firmware update instructions).

Edit: If it's really fault code 60 (displayed as F60), then that's different; let me know if that's the case.
