My Axpert King with the right cable is allowing the Pylontech BMS to manage my 2x US2000 batteries very well. Would want to stick to the Pylontech BMS when adding the 1x US3000 as the new master this week. Do you find that your batteries deplete at the same rate in percentage of capacity, thus the stack as a whole, or does your 3000 run longer than your 2000's, thus batteries depleting individually at the same absolute rate? I have a Goodwe ES5048 running the batteries. It communicates with the batteries, but I believe that the Pylon Master battery (the 3000) runs the show. They discharge and charge all together. I started with two 2000s and then added another two 2000s (second hand/6 months old), then added a 3000 after about 3 or 4 months so I can't really judge how they perform. The Goodwe app tells me that the battery bank state of health is 98%.

February 25, 20206 yr Having added the 1x Pylontech US3000 to my 2x Pylontech US2000 stack, I now receive an error from the inverter, fault #69. Did not receive this error with only the 2x US2000 batteries. According to the inverter display, the batteries now charge to 53.2V, then the error message is displayed whilst the voltage drops to 52.2V, then the error disappears whilst the batteries charge back up to 53.2V and this process keeps repeating. Has anyone come across this?
November 5, 20205 yr HI 0 |>\/\/3|<|<3Я, I am new to the forum. But was just wondering if you have a solution to the #69 fault. I can hear the relay switching about 3 - 5 times a minute can't think that that can be correct? This is on the same unit as your picture but with only one 2.4kwh pylontech. Supplier told me that #69 is not a fault but only a warning and that I only shows you that the battery is fully charged. But 3 - 5 time every minute the battery starts charging again and the relay switches again. I just dont think the realy is going to last.

If you are using a King try upgrading the main firmware to 71.94 and display unit to 02.49. (Files are in the downloads section) If that does nor solve it you really need to set the battery type to USR, bulk charge to 52.5V and float charge to 50.5V. The downside of that is that you no longer have SOC information, unless you use external software to manage / monitor your system. May 16, 20215 yr @PaulinNorthcliffwhat did you set your goodwe battery settings to? Also running a goodwe want to know what setting you used and what settings you used on the pylontechs. Are you maybe able to reach out to me and maybe share some pictures and screenshots? 072 220 9344
May 17, 20215 yr Author I have now ditched the Goodwe in favour of an 8kW Deye, but I haven't changed the batterys at all. I have a bank of 4 US2000+, and a bank of US3000B in parallel. The inverter communicates with the first US3000B, and the rest of the two battery banks are connected to the Master US3000B. I have not messed with the dip switches at all.
May 17, 20215 yr Cool, was gonna ask about the dip switches. When you did have the goodwe did you have the battery set on the battery selection page?
May 17, 20215 yr Lol... I mean what did you select as your batteries in the app? Did you select pylon U2000*4+?
May 17, 20215 yr Author Yeah... It's the closest I could get given that my Goodwe refused to allow itself to upgrade it's firmware (the reason I ultimately ditched it was the inability to talk to the inverter).
