Featured Replies

Hi All,

I have just opt to upgrade my normal batteries bank to pylontech US3000 x 2 with Axpert 5Kva x 2 (Parallel connection with master/slave setting) I currently facing two show stoppers with my settings

#  How do I connect my two inverters (Experts ) to the batteries bank without altering  the factory cables on the pylontech ( Appreciate diagram) :)

#  I have lost comms with my ICC monitoring software  (currently misbehaving) .

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Newbie :)

Hi @Newbie,

I'm also contemplating a simular move. In my mind, you should look at the following.

1) You would need the Pylontech cable for Icc. They are available from Centurion Solar.

2) You need to tell ICC that you now have Pylontechs. You need to stop ICC, select the Pylontech under the Batteries Tab. Install the cable mentioned in 1) and start ICC again. Assuming you have a BMV installed.

I'm sure more (info) can be added in time.

So just to clarify the BMV. If you or anyone else does not have one to start with, no need to get one. The Pylontech has one built in, but does not give a quick eyeball measurement. Or reuse it on another project.
