Are these fixes addressing error 11 issues as well?

The error-11 issues were addressed around 456. Later Venus versions gained the ability to also tell you what part of the relay test failed (just look under Vebus alarms).

Running 463, error 11 every single time the grid is restored after a power outage, till 20 min later, then everything returns to normal and the units connects to the grid.

Still looking for the issue.

Maybe you really have a problem of some sort 🙂

What does the CCGX say, what's up? Under the Vebus device on the Device list, select Alarm Status, then VE.Bus Error 11 report.

Quoting from the documentation:

PE2 open error or GND Relay Error: check that AC-out Neutral is not wired to Ground. Short circuiting them is not allowed. Also, check that there is no leakage between Neutral and ground, for example because broken consumer. Start by disconnecting all loads: open all the circuit breakers.

So you have some kind of leakage from neutral to earth. Possibly those pesky surge arrestors/EMI filters we're always talking about.

At last, neutral remains common in a three phase setup. 2 Units keeps on complaining. Sparky just found a suspect light fitting in the house, fixed it , problem gone. Leakage current was so small that the earth leakage doesn't even trip, but the inverters sees it and fails the relay test.
