February 10, 20206 yr The problem might be that you called it an isolation transformer, just ask for an air cooled 3Kva transformer and when they ask primary voltage say 230 and 15 amp and when they ask secondary say 230 and 15 amp, or if they ask for the ratio say 1:1.
