Solar deity are the representatives that came to my house . Downloaded log files, sent a template based report with copy paste and didn’t substantiate their assessments with factual data. It took them weeks to review log files and produce a report on the batteries. Then the only sent the report for two batteries. I had to ask for the other two batteries as well. the report is a template that they fill in with standard wording. And they demanded payment upfront before they did anything. Pylontech “local” representative is still unable to resolve this matter.

Summary : do not support Pylontech Their service levels are poor to non existent. My setup has 4x Pylontechs us3000b. The batteries are sending a high voltage alarm to the victron. I made contact with pylon tech. They sent solar deity. I paid upfront for a call out and health assessment. 28 April, The technicians came to my home. Downloaded log files and left. Since both pylon tech and its rep has been in responsive. I had to log multiple calls to get the assessment report. When I finally get the reports, it looks like a template with a copy paste of my battery details. They claim that the batteries are swollen. However, the technicians didn’t even inspect the batteries. Will not recommend pylon tech to anyone ever again.

Is there an update on the final assembly ? How is this working ?

I’m in the similar situation as iceman. Heat pump stopped working. Now I am deciding between ITS , Alliance or Kwikot. 3kw or 5kw. will follow this thread.

My heat pump packed up this week. it was from a company called power tech ist as part of rebate program in 2012. I heard that they closed down and no longer do heat pumps. im based in Jhb , sandton, rivonia. Are there any guys out there that can fix these units?

Hi I have a efergy unit that takes reading from the box on the boundary of property. I also have a Carlo gavazzi ET12 in the db box. This is connected to CCGX. I compare the efergy reading to the ccgx (grid) and see different readings. Why is this? Which one is more accurate ? hope my question makes sense. thanks ,
