March 24, 20206 yr OK, so if PV generation is not enough it will augment from the grid, which is understandable. If PV generation is enough to satisfy load and charge batteries then no grid input required. Is this your experience? This is a good argument when calculating array size, to cater for load+ full battery capacity recharge, all at winter generating capacity...
