Many many moons ago at a Namibian Government office, there had been an unfortunate delay in the publishing of the matric results, so on the door of the office there was a notice: "We apologies for any inconvenience coursed."

    I have taken off the "Lens Cover" off those that turned brown and replaced the LEDs and up to now they are working without issues
