June 13, 20206 yr You need to send your logger and inverter serial number to Sunsynk to request update. I suggest you go to Sunsynk website and send your details to the customer care e-mail address. Or ask your inverter supplier. Most of them are on wechat/whataspp groups with the factory/technical and they can request your download. The factory pushes download to your inverter via logger.
March 11, 20215 yr It's already supported by solar assistant. I know a few users that are using it with SunSynk and Deye inverters. I switched from ICC last year. https://solar-assistant.io/
