The origional version, model as in the attached pic has the origional specs (as is ALL the installation docs etc that are used in EU, USA) Origional : DC Input : max 6500 W, Max DC Current 11 Amps per string New for SA : DC Input : max 5500W, Max DC current 10 A per string. Why the difference, can somebody from SunSYnc explain?
June 28, 20206 yr Africa has long been the dumping ground for the "first worlds" old tech. When something new comes out, they clear their old stock and dump it in Africa (and not at a cheaper price).
June 29, 20206 yr Author Ok, so its confirmed; the SA unit is the same as the EU spec, 6500W PV input @ 11 amps.
