November 19, 20205 yr I don't think you can clear that error. Blue Nova use a little PCB on each cell with a microcontroller that measures the cell voltage and temperature etc. That error means that one or more of the little PCBs is not communicating with the BMS. I think you need to contact Blue Nova for support.
November 20, 20205 yr When I had an error on my Bluenova, I returned it to the supplier who sent it back to Bluenova, they sorted it out and returned the battery. No charge, all under the 10 year warranty.
