Sunsynk 5kw hybrid inverter repair

Featured Replies

Good day gentlemen. I have two 5kw Sunsynk hybrid inverters that was connected in parallel and blow up due to the software versions that was not the same. Do someone know to who I can send my defective inverters in South Africa to be repair? I believe it is only a capacitor that have blown and need to be replace. Any suggestions from the forum what I should do?

Can't help but following as this is the first major issue with the sunsynk inverters I've come across.

Did sunsynk provide you detailed information regarding the reason for the blowup and that it was only due to having the software version mismatched?

Did both inverters blowup or only one. If it was only one was it the one with older or newer software version.

Good luck with the repair.
