March 24, 20215 yr Hi, I have a new MPP Solar PIP5048GK inverter and a new Pylontech US2000C battery. The battery and inverter communicate with each other using a data cable. I need advice on how to fix error / warning 69 on the inverter that occurs when the battery is charged. The inverter evaluates this as error 69 when the battery says it is full. Does anyone have advice? Thanks

I need advice on how to fix error / warning 69 on the inverter that occurs when the battery is charged. This is normal behaviour, more or less. Perhaps the slight overshoots of charge power are annoying the battery; it's just letting you know that the reason no charging is happening is because the BMS is disallowing charging right now, because the battery is so full that any additional charging is likely to sent cell voltages too high. In your photo, it almost looks like the fault light is on, but I think that's just light from your camera's flash or other source; it doesn't seem as bright as the green LEDs that are on. So no need to take any action; there is nothing to fix. Edit: the ⚠ icon near the "69" tells you it's a warning. If it was a fault, it would start with an "F", e.g. F09.
