April 27, 20215 yr This relates to the previous question but just from a different angle, if I set the 01 parameter to UTI at 7 pm, charge batteries from 80% to fully charged, then set parameter back to SBU in order to start the next morning, washing machine and so forth with enough power to avoid grid charging, question is, does it matter if I change the parameters regularly or is it bad for the inverter?

Settings are saved to an EEPROM chip that is rated for a million cycles. This should be plenty for this sort of activity. I've never heard of a problem that could be blamed on EEPROM wear. April 27, 20215 yr Author Fantastic, I prefer managing the power consumption like this, one hour at night versus about four in the morning, appreciate the feedback, thanks
