My dB is running out of space. Hence the question. 

Is bubble pole cb before hybrid single phase inverter  mandatory? Will a single pole be sufficient?

    Same situation, no space in main db, so I put a surface mount db next to the inverter, which has the double pole circuit breaker, surge protector, changeover switch and neutral-earth bonding relay in it.

    I have a fireman switch that can isolated the inverter. The over current protection is done with the dubble pole cb but I can't see the reason for it being dubble pole.
