  2. Is this necessary on all hubble/sunksynk setups? On another note. I see my Libms menu shows SOH and see lots of others that does not? Is the SOH display newer firmware on the battery?
  3. Thanks for sharing! I'm getting "could not open socket" error I'm able to ping and login to the web browser of the dongel
  4. Hi @phidz can you perhaps share your commands for cmd?
  5. As far as I'm aware "Activate" is for when your batter is complete depleted and it will trickle charge it to try and bring it back to life?
  6. I have picked up a similar problem with my AM2. I have my smartload/aux set to come on at 100Soc and solar set to 0w. As soon as the inverter picks up the soc is at 100% the smartload will switch on. Randomly i picked up that the smartload was not switched on even though the battery was not charging anymore and the Voltage was on 53v - full. The Soc gets stuck and is not current. I'll leave it for a while 30min plus and then it goes back to normal.
  7. Perfect, Thanks Gents for your assistance
  8. Hi @Pumba here is a pic of the latest 5kw that I got 2 months ago
  9. Hi All, What's your ac temps like on your inverter, I have the 5kw with no external fans (Latest model) The heatsink gets quit hot to where its still touchable but almost at a burring stage. Max temp for the day 53.6 Is this a problem or normal? Inverter is in the garage with temps of 24 and a small breez. Will the inverter protect itself when overheating?
  10. Just a quick update. The Internal PV cables was touching the internal fan.
  11. I have done a Factory Reset now to see if it goes away.
  12. Hi All, Would like to find out if any of you with the 5Kw Sunsynk's "only heatsink no fans" have the same noise when the inverter gets a little hot? I can hear the buzz from outside of the garage, sound like a hair clipper got into the inverter, there is even a small vibration on the case. Thanks
  13. Thanks for confirming and educating the noobs, appreciated. I'll definitely increase charger and discharge as you suggested. @Nexuss
  14. Hi All, New to the inverter and battery world and would just like to confirm the below with some of the experts on here. The SOC gets to 100% and then drops off to 99%, I have read that this is normal behavior for the Hubble. My concern is that it constantly draws +-33W even after having left it to charge for 2 days. Is the normal? 33W is not much but with Lithium chemistry I'm sure no floating is needed. Battery never gets to 53.6 V Hope to hear from other AM2 owners. Thanks Don
