    Good day guys,

Ive ordered the AM-5 and awaiting delivery.
What i really like about it is the 10 year unlimited cycle warranty and one can see that its first life cells as its rated for 6000 cycles. 10 years does indicate their confidence in the battery and their commitment. ( i get worried when i see 3 years only). Also has a 1C rating

When i have mentioned this to installers i get a very half hazardous look and also "are you sure, 10 years". In my mind it might be
    1) They had bad experiences with old hubble batteries and for that reason they developed a bad taste
    2) They have a affiliate program with other brands. One always talks bad about the other

That is why i love the forum because i want to reach out to you guys, Does anyone have some feedback on these, should i return it for a refund or should i use it and block the haters ?

Thanks @Antonio de Sa What i like about having 2 units is that ime covered if one of them breaks. it gives me a disaster recovery strategy !!

What size solar array do you have ?

Everyone has they preferences, fair enough, one thing I don't like about Sunsynk is the fact that one needs earth/neutral bound relay. But again, we don't all drive Toyotas.

My preference is driven by my budget.
I like the fact that the Axperts have a growing enthusiast community supporting them, in addition to decent support if you purchase the Kodak/Mecer rebrands
If I were to spend the additional money, I would discount growatt and luxpower, and look at Sunsynk instead

I have two Growatt's, and so far, touch wood very happy with them, but has @mzezman said the advantage of the Luxpower is the two MPPT's Growatt only have one.

My guess is it's rounding/measurement errors for the power, and the voltage is battery voltage less several volts through various components.
As long as you get sensible readings when the panels are active, I would not worry about this.

@Axpert I have the RCT Axpert VM 2000W and the fan was killing me. It would turn on at 40deg and only stop once going below 20deg (which is impossible here in summer). I found a different solution than new fan/firmware. I bought this PWM controller:
    https://www.banggood.com/12V-DC-PWM-2-3-Wire-Fan-Temperature-Control-Speed-Controller-Noise-Reduction-Module-p-1811340.html?cur_warehouse=CN
Brilliant little 2/3 pin PWM module. I now have it set to come on at 45deg and ramp up to full speed by 65deg. Idles at around 43-47 so the fan is off or really slow most of the time, waaay better than full speed all the time! Hope it helps!
