Thanks Tim, definitely feels like a switch if I move it but I might be wrong it's fiddly in there , I've bypassed batteries, inverter and PV working fine, getting 52v on batteries and they go into run mode correctly but as soon as I try connect fuses and add to inverter they go into ALM and inverter gives fault, think it might be BMS?

Thanks guys, don't have multi meter on me but will grab it in morning and test, there is a little yellow switch on left of battery cable connection busbars from power on/off on the inverter casing, have never noticed it before do you guys know if switch should be on positive or negative or the middle, I could of bumped it?

Hi guys, I turned everything off to extend the riot cloud power cable, I haven't extended it yet but removed it and reconnected the little cables in the inverter to the screws on the busbar and when I turned everything back in I got an F56 fault, the 2 small cables that attach to screws on battery busbars attached pic, I didn't notice which way round they were but I'm getting the F56 error on inverter and both Hubble AM2's have ALM light lit up and if I reset the batteries they just got back to ALM. Any help please, inverter also not showing PV inputs, also I have shut batteries and bypassed inverter but it still keeps beeping

I'm having same issues, I logged a ticket with Hubble last week and the response was that due to unforeseen errors full monitoring is not available with the 8kw sunsync

Not sure but I went to their factory in Durban there is alot of stock in there so assume so

ART Solar(in Durban) has quoted me R6,8 / watt on their 550 watt panels, has anyone got any experience with their panels, also looking at 12 panels(6 east and 6 west) with an 8kw Sunsync? Attached datat sheet on the panelsART550 Panels.pdf

Amazing replies thank you, this is fast becoming a black hole for money but I'm pretty set on the 8kw Sunsync with 2 x hubble AM2 5,5kw batteries, panels Im stil a bit unsure, I was given a decent price by ART solar on their 550 watt panel, Ive read mixed reviews on their panels but I like that they are local and I can physically go see someone as they are up the road from me, if their are not any seriously negative comments on the panels I may go for them?
