Kodak FL5.2 battery error
Afraid I couldn't figure out how to upgrade the battery's BMS. For some other reason (cant remember) I moved the controlling of the batteries from separate (one INV per 2 BAT's ) to 1 INV to 4 BAT's so the 2nd slave INV does not control the BAT's never had the issue again EDIT: I just remembered, after looking at my notes of the time ... the BAT config did not solve the problem, I still happens when I run in SUB mode, in SBU = no issue

Axpert VM III 5Kw uses the battery for no reason.
I have exactly this setup, 2 x OG Plus 5.48 (in parallel) & 4 x FL5.2 and I experience the exact symptoms, tonnes of PV available, but it prefers BAT, regardless of the settings, also - no solution

Kodak FL5.2 battery error
Hi all Have been running a Kodak OG Plus 5.48 for an year odd with 2 x Kodak FL5.2 batteries Recently added two more of the same batteries. I now see BAT no 4 (only) display error "High Voltage Fault" from time to time [LED no 2 flashes with RED LED on] it will be on for a few minutes (+/- 5min), then off for a longer period (+/- 15min) - I have spent a week trying to call Segen support, could not manage to speak to anyone, ask for VM then cuts off, no action from the VM left Any insight / suggestions pls

Axpert VMIII Error 69
same here when using RS485 to BAT - all good now errors BUT it does not drain the 3rd and 4th battery If I do a load test, the Wh I can draw, only adds up to two batteries the result concludes that only two batteries are used to supply power

Axpert VMIII Error 69
I currently have 1 x Kodak OG Plus 5.48 with 2 x Kodak FL5.2 batteries my issue started in March 2022, when I bought 4 c ESS 2500 bat's the OG will NOT communicate when more that two batteries are connected it will only charge & discharge the 1st two batteries ( just displays the 69 error) Segen, the supplier, then suggested I use 2 x FRL5.2 batteries - that solved the problem well, didint solve it, they just side stepped the issue now I want to connect two more FL5.2 batteries - same issue, only sees the 1st two this after I received an email from Segen at the time, confirming the OG5.48 will handle up to 12 Fl5.2 batteries in parallel I run the same firmware version as a mate of mine, using his Mecer ( essentially the same Axpert King engine) so it looks like the flaw is with the Kodak and Segen couldn't care less
