  1. You get geysers that only offer single use temp control and you get multi-use. Could you have a model that does not provision for this? https://dewhot.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/How-to-choose-your-gas-geyser.pdf
  2. Did anyone get a fix for this issue as yet or does the units need to be taken in for repair?
  3. That is some monster Armored Core cable! What size did you use and what is your longest run of it? Very neat installation! Well done and well documented.
  4. Hi Eddie. Drop me a Whatsapp
  5. Clarify what you would like to do and we will direct you to the correct software. Genix Green does not develop their own software.
  6. Never had drift issue on my Stage 4. Had a Stage 2 and Stage 3 at clients with issues. Just saw posts on internet about Stage 1 issues. Stage 2 is 7.69kWh
  7. I wish I knew what I did wrong with my update.... problem now is that I can no longer connect to the BMS in it's current state. Leds on battery still flashing for past week now. It may take another few years for 4 led's to drain a 7kWh battery..... that is the only way I will be able to get the BMS to shut down.. without opening the battery that is...
  8. I have tried updating a Stage 1 today but although I could connect to the BMS using the BMS tools beforehand, the Update tool did not want to connect. I have tried connecting using the BMS Tools again after trying but was not able to connect since. I then noticed that the battery is displaying LED1 (Red) and LED2, 3 and 4 running green. Now not able to switch off the BMS at all as the battery power switch has no effect. Now what!!?
  9. I do not have the Stage4 firmware, but will see if I can at least communicate with the BMS using the BMS software that work on the others and report back here. Have you had any reports of the Stage4 having the SOC drift issue as well?
  10. Does anyone have the v15.52 firmware bin file for the Volta batteries?
  11. I did. Ended up starting my own business and sold many more after this. These and many other items in stock. Based in Kilarney Gardens.
  12. Awesome find! Just one question, do I connect to the last battery in the chain's output port as the batteries are taking up my RS485 port on the LXP5K? And then also, cable pinout to my RS485-USB converter? Would be greatly appreciated!! I would probably be fine from there..🤔
  13. I will probably just install it as well should no one be interested (looking at the current Eskom situation). Shipping back to JHB is not worth it at all.
