Hey man, so story short from my side. I decided to let go of the Hubble and replaced it with a dyness. Was literally plug and play without any issues. if you having issues, speak to the installer they should have access to the LuxPower group to provide feedback. I would also recommend updating the firmware on the inverter. But preferably let the installer complete it :)

Hey bud, new to this aswell. I believe that the dongle might not be connected to the wifi. What I did was download the LuxPower app and connect the ssid that is broadcasted from the dongle (begins with BA). Once connected I then select wifi connect. Then selected my house holds internet ssid from drop down and added the password. Once it’s connected you must then register it with your LuxPower dashboard. The solar gent did that for me though

Nice work! I had to do manual settings. The cable scenario is only allowing the battery to charge to maximum of 88% im waiting to see what LuxPower support can assist with.

Running into the same issue this side. My current setup: Luxpower Inverter Hubble Lithium x101 battery Using the CAN cable I had to manually set the battery settings on the Inverter and not use the comms between the battery/inverter. In order, to get it to work. PS: I am new to Solar! so still learning.
