  2. Hi @Psy Do you perhaps have a support email address or any contact at Voltronic I that I could reach out to? I have looked online only found sales email I have sent them a mail although im not sure if they will respond.
  3. Thanks Psy I will reach out to our supplier and Voltronic and see what they have to say about it
  4. Hi Psy So I've got 2 Infinisolar inverters, one running with Dyness Batteries the other with Pylontech. The information on the Dyness inverter updates almost instantly. The inverter connected to the Pylontech however is slow takes about a minute to update, even when starting up the inverter input and output values take about a minute to show. I have swapped around the inverters and the values are still laggy
  5. Good Day I have an RCT (branded) Infinisolar V4 5.6K - 48V inverter connected to 3x US3000C batteries. connected with the correct cross cable and baud rate setting Previously the BMS communication failed error 61 on the inverter, after updating the firmware of all batteries to the same version 2.1 this error was cleared. The problem is that the inverter Input & Output values on the inverters display is very slow to update.
  6. Good Day I would like to check has anyone successfully installed "US_C 2.1 for US3000C" Firmware on their US3000C's I am planning to load this firmware, but I do not want to Brick these. Regards
