Hi all, so i took my Greenrich WM5000 for a firmware upgrade, because i was getting F56 errors - updated successfully thought that would be it.... installed battery and the inveter beeps but no faults on the app or inverter, but something ain't happy. Now the weird part... when battery is connected to Lithium under settings... BMS reports 95% SOC, voltage at 45v and beeps erratically and F56 error, when battery is on AGM is reporting a steady increase in SOC like 1% an hour (from 0%) and constant voltage of 49.5v and no error Could it be that my battery is vrek, or severly drained and the BMS is just crapping itself. Can anyone advise me on the correct settings for a 51.2v battery? How to balance or get the battery fully charged if that. Battery was working 100% always charged to 85% as i didnt want the battery to stay at 100% for extended

My battery was originally set to charge up to 85% but i then changed it to 95% (it'll never charge to 100%). How go i get around the 44.8v cut off? I've changed the values in the AGM parameters as well.

Hi All So recently i started getting the F56 error - like 10 or so minutes into loadshedding (with minimal to no load in the house). At first i thought it may have been the wife that truned on too many appliances, however this has happened with EVERY LS session so far for the last 4 days. I have a SS5kw Inverter paired to a WM5000 Greenrich battery - NO SOLAR (fitted last year July) I have attached some pics that i tok and screenshots from the sunsynk app - any assistance will be greatly appreacited. Apologies for the thread necro - but my WM5000 has just given an error that I am unable to resolve it was working flawlessly until today. The Run/Alarm and LED all flash at the same time, the Inverter can pick up the battery (as well as the information) however the inverter leds (sunsynk) are all off. - run flashes green - alarm flashed red - E flashes red as well
