The dl5 is advertised as a 1c but the spec sheet still says 0.5 What is the actual difference between the two?

I thought the same thing as the naming structure was completely different to what was on the logger however deye confirmed it was for the logger. I did the update and it fixed my issue of the logger going offline. I don't have any disconnects for weeks now.

I have 10 x 550w panels, I have only ever seen them produce 4200w direct sun no clouds, I have had them for a month so I am unsure if it's just winter sun...

The problem is that it's max 3250w per mppt.

I have a deye 5kw, the pv input voltage is 370 (125-500) Mine are at 190v, what is the optimal voltage that they should be at? I have 10 550w art solar, 2 strings

What is the latest firmware for the logger? Mine is LSW3_15_FFFF_1.0.96 Deye sent me a firmware update but I'm hesitant to upload as the version numbers are completely different. I attached the file I have not tested it. MW3_16U_5406_1.57.bin

So Im looking to purchase 10 550w panels, Where can I buy in Durban? Is art solar panels any good or should I stick to ja, longi and Canadian. Can anyone recommend an installer in Durban?

I ordered a deye 5kw inverter and 2 x polon 5.1kw batteries. I need to get solar panels, question I have is my idle draw at home is about 400w. What is the purpose of having 10 panels making 5000w when most of the time it's just going to be wasted. Is it for the occasions where I use high wattage appliances?
