I have a problem with my svolt battery, it works fine with luxpower inverter when connected to r485 but when I try CAN the alarm led blinks and inverter doesn't charge

Since loadshedding hasn't happened for months I have set my inverter to keep the batteries at 85% and charge the balance during the day. Should I keep doing this or set it to 20% How long will my batteries last if I keep it at 85%?

I currently have 2 strings of 5 (550w artsolar panels). I'm planning on adding 2 more panels (one each per string) Artsolar changed their specs on the latest 550w panel so the new one is different.

I can't get my luxpower dongle to connect to the wifi, I've tried everything. I can't open the 10.10.10 login either. BA is showing I can connect, tried multiple ap. Wifi and cloud led are solid. Inv flashing

i updated the firmware on the logger worked for a month now inverter is offline logger online. Tried different wifi channels

Everything was working fine for months, the logger is online but doesn't detect the inverter. I've gone into the logger settings 10.0.0 it's connected to my ap but it's not showing the inverter. I've tried restarting the inverter, changed access points

Bms has been working fine for months, this last week I noticed it stopped working. Tried different cables and changed master / slave battery, Still nothing. I even tried one battery at a time to rule out battery issue.

I had a weird issue today, poor solar production and loadshedding. Geyser comes on at 11am, drained the battery till cut off - solar production very low. Anyway I reset the inverter, geyser off - solar charged the battery but inverter did not output any power. I changed soc settings and battery shutdown %. Everything below what the current battery was at. Tried rebooting and even battery disconnect. I had to wait for eskom to come back and immediately inverter started output and lights came back.. I did a test immediately after and shut the ac supply to inverter and power remained on. Any ideas?

Has anyone installed a deye or luxpower inverter outdoor? It's going in an area that is completely covered and no chance of getting wet.

The setting for selecting different days of the week, can I select different settings for different days?

I purchased a gizzu 12v lifepo4 battery for my d5 gate motor, I have an issue where 20% of the time it only opens the gate halfway and stops. I have solar so there is power 100% of the time. I'm using the standard d5 charger. I swapped back to lead acid and have no issues.

Has anyone ran 5 x 2 550w strings on the sna5000 ? I'm getting conflicting information that it won't work due to the panels being >13a
