  1. Which controller It is? Battery bank is 48 ir 24 V?
  2. But I don´t know if it works the same in older Axperts...
  3. @gabriel In picture above, you can see inverter is in "battery mode" but, there is current trough AC IN Line, you can see the measurement of current, 0,438 A. If you Switch Off AC IN Line, that current, which is related to Reactive Power, should "go" to the inverter.
  4. I´ve done the test again with a charger as load, and this are the results: Grid Off : ['001.0', '00.0', '229.0', '50.0', '0469', '0288', '015', '383', '27.33', '000', '100', '0664', '0000', '027.4', '27.39', '00016', '10010110', '00', '03', '00000', '100B<'] Grid On: ['225.0', '50.0', '228.0', '50.0', '0287', '0287', '009', '382', '27.29', '000', '100', '0667', '0000', '027.4', '27.36', '00016', '10010110', '00', '03', '00000', '100'] Off grid: Aparent Power is 469 W and Active Power 288 Grid On: Aparent Power 287 W and Active Power 287 too. Twice results in Battery Mode
  5. May be there are other things to consider.. I´m sure Axperts 2017 or 2018 inyects reactive power to grid, even in battery mode, when grid is available. I don´t know if Gabriel´s do the same. @weber or @Coulomb will know. For example, in a test I did, in battery mode with a fridge runnig on grid available, active power and apparent power were the same 114 W and 114 VA. If the grid isn´t available, in Battery Mode too, active power was 114 W, but apparent power was 140 VA. what does all this mean? Run with ongrid available is better for the High Side of the Axpert. Less current, less voltage surges coming from motors or other unclumped loads....
  6. I agree. Sending and receiving data to Axpert, it is easy to know battery voltage and depending on the time it is, to send parameters or others.
  7. Well, you asked "apart from icc, is there any other sw which can achieve time control on the axpert 5kva?" I answered with SW...😉
  8. Could you measure Voltage in pump?
  9. @plonkster. Is It possible feed pump directly from 75/15 "Load"? Apart from battery drop Voltage, there is other drop in Relay, which is round 0.5 V. If he can avoid relay It Will work better.
  10. Could be the scheme something like this?
  11. I was asking myself, why do you need a relay?
  12. Ok. Maybe you need adjust pump pressure. Which model of pump is?
  13. Hi Csaba, could you describe the relay circuit? Is it only a relay or a pressure relay?
  14. Hi @Fritz If you haven´t done something similar before it can be difficult. Also, you should revise drivers, capacitors.... What I don´t understand are the 9 IRGP4750D. Are you sure? I remenber 4 in the High Side, 2 in Buck and 4 in inverter, and I doubt if they were the same.
  15. That kind of ripple, big period, use to be related to a bad, or horrible this time, regulation on input voltage of MPPT. As PV voltage is not stable, energy coming from PV modules changes a lot.
  16. Could It be a "stoic" decisión??😉
  17. We have got a funny day too: https://thingspeak.com/channels/640675
  18. If you measure 3.2 V, I suppose Isc will be 300 ma?. Then you can try with a 1 Ohm resistor. Also you have to change the skects, because ADC of ESP32 is 12 bits and Arduino is 10, and ESP measures from OV to 3.3 V and Arduino from 0 to 5 V
  19. Did you revise Mosfets of Low Side?
  20. If two panels are 72 cel you can add two in the series you want
  21. No. You need a resistor. If you use a led you Will have the same Voltage, the forward drop Voltage of led. Which panel are you using? Vo and power. @PaulF007
  22. I think this is your inverter protocol HS_MS_MSX_RS232_Protocol_20140822_after_current_upgrade (1).pdf
  23. Here you have "set" commands: 3 Setting parameters Command PE/PD: setting some status enable/disable PF: Setting control parameter to default valueF POP: Setting device output source priority PBCV: Set battery re-charge voltage PBDV: Set battery re-discharge voltage PCP: Setting device charger priority PGR: Setting device grid working range PBT: Setting battery type PSDV: Setting battery cut-off voltage (Battery under voltage) PCVV: Setting battery C.V. (constant voltage) charging voltage PBFT: Setting battery float charging voltage PPVOKC: Setting PV OK condition PSPB: Setting Solar power balance MCHGC: Setting max charging current MUCHGC: Setting utility max charging current POPM: Set output mode (For 4000/5000) It shouldn´t be complex what you want to do
  24. sudo python hibrido.py QPIGS ('Comando=', 'QPIGS\xb7\xa9\r') ['228.0', '49.9', '228.0', '50.0', '0000', '0000', '000', '356', '25.31', '000', '057', '0678', '0000', '025.3', '25.34', '00001', '10010110', '00', '03', '00000', '000'] This is an example. I send "QPIGS" and I receive that information. Also, you can send comands to set a lot of things
