  1. Dear experts, Since commissioning in August 24, the system has been running with ZCS Azzurro 3PH HYD15000 ZSS and 7x Pylontech H48050 with BMS without any problems until 04.12.24. Then firmware of the inverter was updated from 0V110061 to ...62. After that the battery (16.6 kWh) looses approx. 1 % SOC every 2 - 3 hours, even if the discharge limit has already been reached. So it would soon be completely empty if I didn't recharge regularly from the mains - see hardcopy. Before December 4, the battery remained at the set discharge limit for days. ZCS does not respond to the corresponding request. Has anyone here similar experiences? Or even know the cause? And the countermeasures? Since then, I have “burned” around 50 kWh somewhere!
  2. Hi pitje74, It's my first day here and I've no experience here. Your Post is several days Oldenburg but your setup is similiar with mine. We use an Azzurro Hyd 15k first with 4x H48050 and I added 3 additional Powercubes on 19th of December yet. After Restaurants the highest charging Level was about 85 %. Reason was the different SOC of old stack (lower) and new blocks (higher). The lowest SOC of one Module delimits max SOC because charging is stopped when the first block reaches 100%. Over RS232 consulting I detected the lower ones when the others reached 100%. Then I disposed the fully charged remaining the 85% blocks. Then I charged them to 100% and readded the previous removed blocks. The result was a SOC of 98 % and after a discharging/charging cycle of 99 %. Now I hope for 100 % because of automated balancing in the near future. Your issue already solved? Feel free to ask for Mode details if needed.

Yesterday I had success with com via RS232 with my Pylontech Battery Stack H48050 Powercube using Aten USB/RJE45 adaptor with selfmade cable. Now I need the preferred Management Software. What would you recommend and why? Can you please give me the link, too? Many Thanks
