@Coulomb thanks for this info. But as you said earlier they may provide a setting later using SOC. What software are you using to manage your inverters? This is what I can get out of my Narada batteries. Just passing a couple of fields to emoncms and not being used. @APV thanks so much for getting me here, Watchpower now works with that cable. Problem was I had two keystones with different layouts and was referring to the key on the other one thinking they were the same. Can't thank you enough and @Coulomb for walking me through this.

@APV no its not, going to try the Narada Battery cable. Its also FTDI but different pinouts are below. Will convert using the keystone. Thanks for all the help!!

Thanks @Coulomb and @APV. Had the same problem again last night. Yesterday I switched over to grid as it was cloudy. At 3am this morning the 08 error sounded. Load at that stage was around 450w. So a culmination of many hours in bypass mode seems to cause the issue. Have raised the issue with segansolar, the wholesaler here in South Africa but disappointed to report have had no feedback. Must be an inverter issue, looks like you battery voltage quite stable in that view above. I got the 08 error when the inverter was switched to grid for a longish period. It may have had a neutral wiring problem which may be sorted. Still monitoring.

Are you 100% sure you do not have any floating/mixed neutrals?

Hi @APV I have the same inverter, Axpert MKS II 5kw (Kodak branded) with two Narada 100ah 48v 4.8Kw Lithium Ion Batteries, two 6 panel Canadian solar 330wp panels, and have the same problem. Seems to happen in early morning after its been on grid mode for a few hours, typically when the batteries have not been able to charge fully (but also randomly if this condition holds) the day before due to cloud. Hope this info is of some help but would love to know of a solution! Charles

Hi Marz You should be fine with ICC. It's great software and works except for my problem which I believe is a Narada issue. The agents for Narada are DartCom. Thanks Charles

ICC can do the basics, but there is a problem monitoring mine right now as the software hangs after a few minutes.

Hi I purchased 2 Narada NPFC 100ah batteries. I have a healthy dose of buyers remorse as the comm's seem much poorer than Pylontech and the Narada is not keen to divulge details on their comm's it seems. While ICC has an option to read basic Narada data, whenever I switch this feature on, the app hangs after a few minutes, so this meant inferring SOC from voltage which is sub-optimal. I tried to find details on the protocol from google searches, Narada and my supplier to no avail. What I did find is that a unit "Orion Controller" supposedly able to communicate with the batteries. This device does appear to be quite pricey though. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. Would be also be great if the Axpert King port BMS could talk to the batteries but looks like this was designed specifically for Pylontech. In that case one would need some sort of middle ware. One could write a simple Python script to do this if one had details on the applicable protocols. Thanks Charles
