Stay away from AliExpress. Put in an order and paid for it end of November 2025. Expected delivery 21 December 2025. I keep following up with no response. I filed for refund and get a dispute answer. By end January 2026 after numerous follow up on the website, I get this immediate automated responses that the case is closed. Too late in their terms for the refund. Responses looked like automatic replies. On the tracking it still shows that customs need to be paid, but I received no information. They have may email and mobile number.
  2. I am running a Deye 8kW inverter with 3 Pylontech Batteries. 2 off US3000C of which the newest one is the master plus a US3000. When discharging, the SOC has a rapid dip from 51% to 30% in 17 minutes without any change in load. Non of the other parameters as per Solar Assistant seems out of place. This is due to the 3rd battery (US3000) dropping much more than the other two during the same time. It is running then behind for the entire day. It only catches up when the SOC gets above 90%. Can it be a firmware problem that the BMS communication between the new and old batteries are not efficient?
  3. I have a Deye 8kW inverter with 1 off US3000 and 1 off US3000C batteries installed with the US3000C as the master. My baseload during the night varies from 400W to 900W. What is warrying is that the SOC drops from about 40% to about 20% in 10 minutes without any change in load. The rest of the time the drain rate is about 10% per hour. What can be the problem?
  4. It seams the current firmware version is LC1 72 70C What is the latest firmware version available? Where do I get it? How to I upgrade the firmware? (Instructions for dummies please)
