  1. I am following the switch and the switch on sequence in the manual. I am taking it out and sending it to Sunsynk repair centre so that they can check it up
  2. If you check the pics, its not in normal mode, the BMS is running perfectly. The only setting i changed was the 74amps on the battery settings.
  3. They were no faults before the rest.
  4. Can that cause the System not switch the load on .
  5. I have just resetted it this are my new pics:
  6. I finally got my sunsynk running it has been running for months now, but yesterday it just cut the power off. Battery Soc is at 85%, Grid is on, the PVs are on. All settings have not been changed but it cant go on Normal Mode, what could the problem
  7. The least I can say is that this is not an efficient inverter because it can only run lights with 2 pylons . I can't even run a fridge or microwave for a minute, and my borehole is even worse because it can't be run with the inverter it will trip. I've followed all of the advice and will rather install my MKSii Axpert/ Meccer back. In my opinion, this is an overrated product very unstable
  8. attached is my battery shutdown page, hope those are the correct settings
  9. This is my grid setup page, hope it's the right one.
  10. Yes, I have two Pylontechs. I set the top one to be the master, but I'm not sure what the deep switch settings are. The batteries are charging differently, as you can see, the top one has three bars and the bottom one has two. Last night, no battery was charged when power was restored, so I'm guessing it's set to USE Timer on the Inverter Mode. The battery photo is attached. Please let me know if you think this is where I'm going wrong..
  11. The below are the menu pics, when grid power goes off the inverter takes 3min switch the load is that normal, and in general it cant run a fridge or borehole .75kw, it will throw error F56 and cuts off, then wait for more 3min to comeback and switch the load, my old Meccer was just seconds to switch from Grid to Battery or vice versa.
  12. thanks, but the inverter more that 3 minutes to power the load, is that normal, i am getting F56( low voltage error) batteries are fully charged, my load is around 2.5 kw the inverter cant run for more than 10 min.
  13. I haven't connected the PVs yet; I just want to configure the AC and batteries first. I have two pylontech 3000c batteries, i just want to resuscitate power after knocking off the old inverter; what is the recommended setting on these batteries? I was using the first generation Meccer 5kva inverter inverter and had not setup master slave; I need to do that on these batteries as well. I had the idea that you could have a simple option to choose battery manufacturer but its not there.

  15. Thank you very much, i have done all the wiring haven't connected anything , will post the results.
  16. PV Input Voltage 370Vd.c (125Vd.c ~ 500Vd.c) what does this mean in simpler terms ? MPPT Input Voltage 150Vd.c ~ 425Vd.c : is the MMPT voltage different to the PV input voltage, the manual is kind of confusing?. What is the minimum start up voltage? 370Vdc or 150Vdc
  17. Thanks, in my case i can series 6 panels on each MPPT giving me less the 300v of the Panels VoC will that work and be bale to startup the inverter.
  18. So I can connect one array with 450 to MPPT 1 and another with 450 to MPPT 2? Concerning Amps, I believe the correct function is for the Inverter to draw the power it requires while keeping the Voltage at bay. As long as the voltage is correct, having 14 A may not affect the inverter.
  19. I need help. I recently purchased a 5kw Sunsynk Hybrid Inverter with two MPPTs. My question concerns the PV voltage: is it 450 volts per mppt or 450 volts combined for both MPPT1 and MPPT2? I have 12 Jinko 550W PV Panels with 49.62 VoC that I'd like to connect to the inverter. What is the best panel connection to maximise power?
  20. I have 2x 12v 200 AH Allgrand batteries and 2 X 395W 39V Canadian panel on a 3.5 kva 25volts Mecer Axpert, what are the recommended settings i don’t have utility power i use a generator as backup.
  21. Thanks, i will need to re-arrange the connectors, i have 8 panels wired to produce 110 volts, grouped into 4s then connected in parallel into the inverter. So the biggest drawback on this inverter is that if voltage goes below 145 the PV power will shut down.
  22. @Coulomb kindly help if this is the right inverter( MKSII) SOL-I-AX-5NB MECER HYBRID II 5000VA/5000W Solar Inverter/ UPS 4 000W MPPT 220V 48V DC PF1 150V-400V MPPT. I need to swap the current inverter with the one that you referred above.
  23. thanks i will change to these settings and report back
  24. These are my setting after the forum recommendation : 01: SOL 02: 40A 05 User 11: 40 A 12: 48v 13: 51v (what happens if it goes lower, i want the PV to stay online more than running on battery, so that i can save them for the long night) 16: CSO 26: 54.8, forum remedy for PV freeze 27: 54. forum remedy for PV freeze 28: SI G 29: 45 ( 2 volt threshold 4 volt threshold for program 12 and 13)
