  1. Thanks
From this we see a 107W being exported on the C phase. This is not prevented by the CT. So my call remains a CT wrong way connected. This is being charged as power used by the prepaid meter.

Thanks to everyone for their replies, I sent the enquiry on the shinephone app and I got a reply from what I assume and would hope is a representative, but it does seem that firmware he supplied had a negative effect, the LCD came on but wasn't registering the currents (even though it was starting up lol)

I just did the flash sent above by Rooney and all of a sudden the AC/INV and CHG LEDS came on but wasn't registering Voltage, I restarted the inverter and now the LCD screen is blank and its just screaming (alarm beeps fast then continously) tried the procedure for update failed but just stuck on send start and seems the communication from laptop to inverter is not working now.

Thanks to everyone for trying, if you have any suggestions its welcome but otherwise I'll try replace under warranty.

    Regards
  3. Thanks
It is normal for the SOC LEDs to switch off every now and then when your batteries are idle. Mine does the same when not charging or discharging, its like the batteries go into sleep mode or something.
