Want to get some Kodak batteries from annatis.com. Is this a legitimate company and shopping site? Anyone deal with them before?

Was originally at 15%. battery went down to 11% and system only came back on on grid despite solar being available. Problem was not the value. It appears they finally pushed a new firmware to fix it - it did not work the first time they said it was fixed.

Just had a similar issue. LBCO at 20%, Battery at 19% PV would not charge the battery and grid was not available. Had to take it up with Deye and they have done an update. Waiting to test it out

Using Jinko 410w panels, 12 total. 6 panels per MMPT. I have not done the upgrade on the firmware yet. What is your current firmware version?

hello @recre8, which cable did you use with the deye inverter to the Force L1 battery? Have a 5kw Deye with same battery and using the cable in the inverter box to CAN port and we are getting error F58 - BMS comunication fault.
