What makes the battery desirable is the 1.5C Rating this means the battery can discharge at 1.5 times its capacity rating. Why would that be so great? Here is why if you have a 8KW inverter discharge the battery at 8kWh then this 4.96 kWh battery will be able to absorb a charge rate between 0.5C & 0.75C and a discharge rate at 1.5C without tripping the benefits of that is that when you start of on your solar journey you don't have to break the bank with just one 4.96 kWh Greenrich Battery because your 8KW inverter will struggle to reach the discharge rates of the battery. The 4.96 kWh is also inter compatible with the 3.686 kWh Greenrich Lithium if you require to expand to additional capacity. This Lithium battery is the only Lithium battery in the market that offers true 1.5C discharge ratings. With 1.5C discharge rates, the Greenrich lithium battery has a much higher power output compared to other 0.5C or 1C lithium batteries. The Cell technology used in the Greenrich batteries are not your normal Prysmatic Pouch Cells these batteries use High Density Cylindrical cells so the internal look of the battery is very neat and tidy and looks professional and definitely not home-made. The benefit of this is the batteries are a lot safer because if one cell fails it does not set the cells next to it on fire. The battery also has internal fire protection as you can see from these photographs the battery did not catch fire or explode the pictures speak for them selves. Note the condition of the metal test bench after the fire test the metal got so hot it deformed so they really blasted the battery with the flames. Please note this was done in a controlled safe environment by professionals so please do not try this at home.

BMS software is proprietary and bound by copyright laws making it available to competitors would not be prudent BMS software is not open source nor would it be advisable to give full access to the software because users with too little knowledge can break the BMS and Void the warranty just saying 😉

This is a new model not the old Alpha ESS this is the new G3 High Voltage model . With extensive improvements on the old one it will also be able to parallel and has a new advanced app and Wifi dongle with Realtime configuration.

Indeed also no cabling between the battery and the inverter everything is integrated including the DC Isolator and on the PV side you only need the type 1 type 2 SPD devices no PV combiner boxes needed and also proper plugs to connect all the inputs and outputs to the inverter no silly connector blocks that can break They claim that the inverter and the battery can be fully installed in 30 Minutes this will reduce labor time wasted considerably ..
